This clay terroir at the bottom of the hillside is made up of scree from the Combe de Morey. It produces a dense, structured wine. Sometimes reserved in its youth, this Premier Cru needs time to develop. With a few years' cellaring, it will reveal fruity and slightly spicy notes.
