Terroirs & tasting

Vineyard acquired in 2009. Two “ouvrées” (unit used to measure vineyard surface area equivalent to 428 m2) were replanted in 2013 and a 8 further “ouvrées” in 2017, resulting in an area of 41 ares. Thin soil with limestone in altitude, at mid slope (15 to 20%) to the limit of the Volnay appellation. The wines are elegant and mineral with pronounced tannins.
